Contemporary Financial And Legal Factors Of Activity And The Status Of Collective Investment Institutions In Ukraine

Abstract

Admits traditional method, the competitive source of investment in Ukraine is the collective investment institutions. The legal regulation of the activities of collective investment institutions in Ukraine is complicated to apply, has many inconsistencies, the investment process is sophisticated for both internal and external investors. The elimination of these contradictions determines the relevance of the research, since the latest consistent research of the current problems of applying the legislation of Ukraine to collective investment institutions is appropriate. The purpose of the research is to assessment of key factors of legal regulation of collective investment institutions in Ukraine, analysis of functioning problems of collective investment institutions in Ukraine and ways of addressing them. Regulatory inconsistencies in the status of collective investment institutions have been identified, proposals to enhance the activities of collective investment institutions have been formulated, proposals aimed to improve the effectiveness of state supervision of collective investment institutions have been suggested, proposals of taxing investors have been submitted
